We’re excited to launch our fun and exciting, INTERACTIVE, at home, online training so that we can all train, stay fit and healthy, and learn new taekwondo skills to continue our advancement through the rank system.

Please remember to wear your uniform, find a dedicated space to train, turn off all distractions, gather training equipment beforehand, and HAVE FUN!
