CLASS RESERVATION POLICY? Reservations are the member’s responsibility. Reservations are required for 1, 2, or 3 class memberships. This is how we track attendance & any acquired make-up lessons. If you show up to a full class without a reservation, we will have to turn you away. Cancelling with less than 3 hours’ notice & no-shows will result in the class being forfeited and you will not acquire a make-up class in its place. Membership & payments remain recurring regardless of reservations. Membership & Payments are cancelled with 30-Day Written Notice.
HOW CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE? Click the “Register for an Account” button that pops up after completing your reservations to create a log in. Through that free account, you have full access to cancelling, rescheduling, and viewing all reservations.
WHAT IF I HAVE 2+ KIDS? Book multiple family members separately OR increase the Quantity of spots you save using the “Quantity” field so you save more than 1 spot. Don’t forget to adjust the name you use for the reservation(s) – ex: First Name: John & Sally, Last Name: Smith.

HOW TO BOOK ONE CLASS:
- Go to https://allstarmartialartstraining.as.me/ & choose your appointment category, click “Select”
- Under “I would like to schedule…” click the “Book” button next to your student’s appropriate class
- Click on your desired time under the date & click the red “Continue>>” button *If your selection is in RED & crossed out that means the class is not available and you are NOT booked.
- Type in your STUDENT’S information & click “Complete Appointment”
HOW TO BOOK RECURRING CLASSES:
- Go to https://allstarmartialartstraining.as.me/ & choose your appointment category, click “Select”
- Under “I would like to schedule…” click the “Book” button next to your student’s appropriate class
- Click on your desired time under the date, then click “Recurring…”
- In the pop-up under “Times to Repeat” choose your desired number of times & click the red “Add Recurring Times” button. *If a date is in RED & crossed out that means the class is not available and you are NOT booked.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4 for your other class(es)
- Click the red “Continue>>” button
- Type in your STUDENT’S Information & click “Complete Appointment”
